Prof. Helen Paul
Helen Paul is an award-winning entertainer, media personality, scholar, and creative entrepreneur whose voice has influenced radio, television, music, film, and academia. She gained national recognition through her witty and satirical character “Tatafo” on Radio Continental 102.3FM’s Wetin Dey, where she addressed societal issues with intelligence and humor.
She has worked with major media platforms including Lagos Television (LTV 8), Continental Broadcasting Service, TVC, Naija FM 102.7, and M-Net, where she co-presented JARA on Africa Magic. Her creative work also extends into music, with her debut album Welcome Party and other inspiring singles that reflect her passion for storytelling and social impact.
In addition to her entertainment career, Helen is a successful entrepreneur and founder of Massive Fabrics and Bridals in Lagos, as well as the Helen Paul Theater and Film Academy, a creative institution dedicated to developing young talents.
She earned her Doctorate in Theater Arts from the University of Lagos in 2019 and was appointed Head of the Arts, Music, and Entertainment Department at Heart International University in the United States in 2022.
As an author, Helen Paul combines creativity, scholarship, and life experience to produce books that inspire, educate, and entertain.
